Manufacturing Engineer, Fabrication
Do you like working with your hands, learning how things are made, and turning ideas into real, tangible products? Are you excited by technology, machinery, and the idea of mastering equipment that most people never get to touch?
This is a hands‑on fabrication role for someone who’s eager to learn a new industry, work with cutting‑edge CNC and laser equipment, and grow into a highly skilled technical specialist.
At S&L Integrated, we’re adding in‑house fabrication capabilities—and we’re looking for someone curious, motivated, and detail‑oriented to grow with us.
What You’ll DoAs a Fabrication Specialist, you’ll help transform raw materials and digital designs into precision components used in real‑world projects. You’ll work closely with our design, operations, and project teams to explore what’s possible with our equipment and continuously improve how we build things.
You’ll:
- Set up, calibrate, and operate CNC fabrication and welding equipment
- Turn digital design files into finished metal and wood components such as metal brackets, panels, wood podiums, etc.
- Experiment with materials like aluminum, stainless steel, aluminum, and wood
- Help identify parts and products we can fabricate in‑house to save time and money
- Run prototype and production jobs while maintaining quality and accuracy
- Develop standard processes, safety practices, and maintenance routines
- Collaborate with teammates to integrate fabricated parts into active projects
- Become the go‑to resource for fabrication knowledge within the company
This role blends technology, craftsmanship, problem‑solving, and creativity—and no two days look exactly the same.

- Are self‑motivated, reliable, and comfortable learning by doing
