Paralegal

Senior Life Insurance Company is seeking an experienced Paralegal to support legal, compliance, and regulatory functions within our organization. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with a strong background in highly regulated industries who can work independently and collaboratively.

• Support compliance with state insurance regulations, DOI filings, licensing, and renewals
• Assist with audits, regulatory examinations, and compliance tracking
• Draft, review, and manage contracts (agent agreements, vendor contracts, NDAs)
• Maintain corporate records, governance documents, and compliance calendars
• Coordinate with counsel on claims, complaints, and litigation matters
• Partner cross-functionally with Compliance, HR, Operations, and Leadership

• Paralegal Certificate or Associate’s Degree (Bachelor’s preferred)
• 5+ years of paralegal experience, preferably in life insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry
• Strong knowledge of insurance compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
