Archbold – Thomasville, GA (Full‑time, Entry Level)
DescriptionOccupational Therapy Assistant, floating to other facilities as needed.
Responsibilities- Implement and document patient treatment per plan of care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Provide formal and informal teaching to patients and their family members.
- Notify therapists of changes in patient status and document in the medical record.
- Complete progress notes accurately and legibly and submit them in a timely manner.
- Float to other facilities as required.
- Graduate of an accredited two‑year occupational therapy assistant program.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of Georgia.
- BCLS certified.
- Experience preferred.
