• 25% paid at 90 days of employment
• 25% paid at 6 months of employment
• 50% paid at 12 months of employment
• Paid over your first year
• Must maintain full-time status to be eligible

• Delivering skilled physical therapy interventions in accordance with physician orders under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
• Implementing and modifying individualized treatment plans based on patient progress and response
• Measuring and documenting patients’ motor function, strength, and physical performance
• Monitoring and adjusting treatments during sessions as necessary
• Observing patient progress and compiling accurate progress reports
• Collaborating with other therapy and nursing staff to ensure the highest quality of care
