Competitive, based on experience; typical range $120,000–$160,000/year.

The Director of Finance leads both strategic and operational finance functions, partnering with executive leadership to ensure accurate reporting, strong controls, and data-driven decisions that support growth, profitability, and long-term enterprise value. This role also manages accounting operations, consolidations, and team development across multiple entities.

• Provide financial leadership and insights for executive decision-making.
• Lead budgeting, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning.
• Perform advanced financial modeling, KPI development, and scenario analysis.
• Oversee monthly and annual close processes, including accruals and reconciliations.
• Manage multi-unit financial consolidations and reporting.
• Establish and maintain strong internal controls, accounting policies, and compliance procedures.
• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and liquidity.
• Lead finance system optimization and automation initiatives.
• Partner cross-functionally with operations, sales, and HR.
• Build, mentor, and manage the finance and accounting team.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (CPA, CFA, or MBA preferred).
• 7–10+ years of progressive finance and accounting experience.
• Exposure to FP&A and accounting operations in multi-location, retail, or distribution environments.
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, monthly close, and executive reporting.
• Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
