Job Purpose

Ensures loading and unloading processes function efficiently. Assists Line and Mixer operators to ensure quality board is produced.

In This Position You Will Have The Opportunity To
  • Ensures loading and unloading areas are functioning efficiently
  • Responsible for keeping area mixer, coating line, loader and unloader area(s) clean
  • Assists operators in all aspects of production
  • Pulls reject panels and/or place in racks as necessary
  • Repairs panels that are removed for quality reasons
  • Checks board temperatures
  • Pulls and prepares board samples for QC testing
  • Responsible for the system clean up, spray down process during the day and end of day clean up
  • Uses radio to maintain communication with operators, maintenance, and supervisor
  • Logs downtime and notes causes
  • Performs all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary
Knowledge,

  • Knowledge of multiple complex equipment operation.
  • Knowledge of equipment maintenance.
  • Time management and multi-tasking skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated mechanical ability.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate multiple pieces of equipment.
  • Possess ability to work in extreme temperatures
  • Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
Education
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Experience
  • 3 – 5 years’ experience in equipment operation.
  • Or any equivalent combination of education and experience that demonstrates the ability to perform the key responsibilities of this position.
