To maintain proper lubrication of all machinery in facility and to monitor equipment for potential failures.

• Greases bearings using a grease gun, cleans grease fittings and inspects bearings on a scheduled basis.
• Operate forklift and use drum dolly to move drums of oil.
• Fill hydraulic tanks using a forklift.
• Operate hand liquid pump and read level of tanks.
• Fill automatic oilers, make adjustments and use grease gun to lubricate chains.
• Remove and install filters with wrenches.
• Maintain communications with other personnel as required.
• Perform all duties in accordance with safety rules and regulations.

• Knowledge of preventative and predictive maintenance functions.
• Knowledge of maintenance equipment and tools.
• Time management and prioritizing skills.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Good hand / eye coordination.
• Ability to use hand tools.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules and regulations.
