The
** Machine Operator
** will operate, tend, and maintain machines related to the textile manufacturing process, assisting to create hotel, hospital and home sheet and towel products.
* You will arrange and test machines to ensure everything is working properly and in good condition.
* You will program all operating instructions into machine before running.
* You will insert production materials to enhance production output.
* You will ensure all machines are calibrated / re-calibrated before and after production procedures.
* You will troubleshoot machine problems to determine faults.
* You will adhere to client job specifications and ensure quality standards are met.
* You will review and follow blueprints from work layouts to ensure accuracy in production tasks.

* Qualifications:

*** High School Diploma or GED
* Previous experience working with fabrication machines
* Ability to work nights, weekends and/or overtime
* Knowledge of mechanical devices
* Ability to read and understand technical manuals
* Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
* Ability to lift at least 50 pounds and be comfortable working in a hot/cold non-climate- controlled environment
