Seeking individual to work with individuals that are diagnosed with SPMI, perform psychosocial assessments, treatment plans, manage a caseload and collaborate with individuals, families and groups. Follow the provider manual and documentation guidelines and other clinical duties as assigned for Adult, C&A, SA population.
