Social Worker, Family Advocacy & Support Services

Key Responsibilities
Assess clients' social, emotional, and economic needs

Provide counseling, guidance, and crisis intervention support

Connect clients with community resources and government schemes

Maintain accurate case records and documentation

Conduct home visits, fieldwork, and community outreach programs

Advocate for individuals' rights and social justice

Coordinate with hospitals, schools, NGOs, and government agencies

Organize awareness programs, workshops, and welfare activities

Monitor progress and follow up on cases

Prepare reports and submit documentation to management or authorities

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work (BSW / MSW)

Relevant experience in social or community work (preferred)

Knowledge of social welfare laws and government programs

Willingness to travel for fieldwork
