Technical Project Manager

Project Planning & Execution:

• Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders.

• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocation.

• Oversee the entire software development lifecycle, ensuring adherence to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.

• Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and resolve issues proactively.

• Manage project budgets and ensure efficient resource utilization.

Technical Leadership & Oversight:

• Provide technical guidance and support to development teams working with .NET, Python, and React.

• Ensure architectural best practices are followed, particularly in Azure environments.

• Oversee the design, development, testing, and deployment of solutions on Azure.

• Collaborate with architects and engineers to make informed technical decisions. Stakeholder

Communication & Management:

• Communicate project status, risks, and dependencies to all stakeholders, including senior management.

• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.

• Foster a collaborative and productive working environment within the project team. Quality

Assurance & Delivery:

• Ensure the delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet business requirements.

• Oversee testing strategies and ensure comprehensive quality assurance.

• Manage release processes and deployments to production environments.

• Adhere to ISMS policies and procedures

Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager or similar role, delivering complex software projects.

• Demonstrable experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

Technical

Skills:

• Strong understanding of software development principles and best practices.

• Hands-on experience or deep understanding of .NET and/or Python development.
• Proficiency in front-end development with React.

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Azure services (e.g., App Services, Azure SQL Database, Azure Functions, Dev Ops, etc.).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools.
