Job summary for 1 Senior (Experience 3-5 Years)

3 to 7 years of experience in implementing Workiva modules like (Wdesk, Wdata, Management Reporting, Financial Close Reporting, SEC Reporting, ESG Reporting).
Lead Workiva platform implementations including Wdesk, Wdata, connected reporting, and workflow design.
Hands-on expertise with Workiva ESG reporting modules is a plus.
Configure Workiva work spaces, data connections, templates, dashboards, permissions, and automations.
Assist with connecting Workiva to source systems (ERP, GRC tools, data warehouses) using APIs, integrations, or spreadsheets.
Configure Workiva ESG modules, dashboards, templates, KPIs, tagging, roles, permissions, and workflows.
Able to create connections to cloud and on-premises ERP using Wdata chains and connectors.
Able to build Queries, Chains and Tables within Wdata
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
B.E/MBA Finance

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

Translate business requirements into Workiva-enabled solutions for reporting, compliance, ESG, SOX, or risk management processes.
Support clients through end-to-end deployment: requirement gathering, design, build, testing, training, and go‑live.
Maintaining end-to-end accountability and expectations for customer satisfaction and overall delivery excellence
Prioritize deliveries in conjunction with implementation team.
Adopt a proactive, logical, and organized approach to problem resolution.
Ability to clearly articulate both problems and proposed solutions
Willingness to learn and quick to adapt to changing requirements.
