Nursing Instructor

Job Summary:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced EMLC Instructor to provide training for nurses on Emergency Management and Life Care procedures. The instructor will be responsible for delivering structured training programs, improving emergency response skills, and ensuring nurses are well-prepared to handle medical emergencies effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct training sessions on Emergency Medical Life Care (EMLC) for nursing staff.

Develop and deliver training materials, presentations, and practical demonstrations.

Evaluate trainees' performance and provide feedback to improve their skills.

Ensure training programs follow healthcare and emergency response standards.

Maintain training records, attendance, and assessment reports.

Support continuous skill development and refresher training programs for nurses.

Qualification:

Graduate In Nursing or Post Graduate

Minimum 2 years of experience in conducting training for nurses.

Strong knowledge of emergency medical procedures and patient care.

Good communication and presentation skills.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in training or instructing nursing professionals.
