LeadIAS Academy is a premier UPSC and Civil Services coaching institution, committed to academic excellence, student success, and professional service standards. We are looking for a dynamic  Front Office Associate  who will be the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.

Role Summary

The Front Office Associate will be responsible for managing front desk operations, handling student and parent interactions, supporting admissions and enquiries, and ensuring a warm, professional, and efficient front office experience.

Key Responsibilities

Act as the first point of contact for students, parents, and visitors.
Handle walk-in, phone, and online enquiries related to courses, admissions, and schedules.
Provide accurate information about UPSC programs, batches, fee structures, and facilities.
Support the admissions and counselling team with follow-ups and documentation.
Maintain front office records, enquiry registers, and basic MIS reports.
Coordinate with academic, counselling, and operations teams for smooth daily functioning.
Ensure a professional, courteous, and student-friendly environment at all times.
Manage appointment scheduling and assist in crowd management during peak hours.
Handle basic sales conversations and guide prospective students appropriately.

Eligibility & Preferences

Age: 22 – 32 years

Education:

Graduate (any discipline)

Experience:

Front office / reception experience preferred
Hospitality industry experience (hotel, airline, customer service) is highly desirable
Sales or admissions counselling exposure is an added advantage
UPSC background (aspirant / prior coaching exposure) will be given high priority

Key Skills & Competencies

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong grasping ability and willingness to learn academic processes
Energetic, prompt, and proactive approach to work
Polite, well-presented, and service-oriented attitude
Ability to handle students and parents with empathy and professionalism
Basic computer proficiency (MS Excel, Google Sheets, CRM/ERP tools preferred)
