Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Front Desk Receptionist, located in Kochi, Kerala, India. The Front Desk Receptionist will handle administrative and receptionist duties, including managing phone inquiries, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors. Other responsibilities include maintaining organized records, ensuring an efficient front desk operation, and fostering a welcoming environment for clients and staff. The role requires strong attention to detail and excellent interpersonal skills.

Qualifications
Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
Strong organizational and Clerical Skills
Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
Ability to work professionally and empathetically with clients and staff
Bachelor's degree or diploma in a related field is preferred
Previous experience in administrative or receptionist roles is an advantage
Proficiency in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office, Excel) is desirable
