An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Grower to join a well established horticultural business in North Yorkshire. Working within a modern glasshouse environment, this role is ideal for someone looking to develop their horticultural skills and build a long-term career in commercial plant production.

As an Assistant Grower, you'll play a hands on role in supporting the day to day care of young plants, working alongside experienced growers within a friendly and supportive team. This is a great opportunity for someone with early experience in glasshouse growing who's eager to learn more and take the next step in their horticultural journey.

• Assist with the daily care, cultivation, and monitoring of young plants
• Support irrigation, feeding, spacing, and general crop maintenance
• Help maintain a clean, organised, and safe glasshouse environment
• Monitor plant health and growing conditions
• Work collaboratively with the wider growing team during busy seasonal periods

• Genuine passion for horticulture and plant production
• Some hands on experience working in a glasshouse or protected growing environment
• A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work well within a team
• A horticultural qualification is preferred but not essential

• £26,000-£30,000 DOE
