As a Technical Co-ordinator Level 1, you play a critical role in creating feel-good food that brings joy to plates all over the UK! As owners of discrete audits, quality inspections and calibrations within HECK’s! Operation, you help drive continuous improvement in all we do.

You improve food safety and quality systems, ensuring compliance with all required food safety standards. As a result, our customers receive only the highest-quality products.

What you'll be doing

As part of a dynamic and growing Technical team you'll be:

  • Continuously improving food safety and quality systems

  • Leading audits and quality assurance checks

  • Overseeing hygiene, product handling and production activities

  • Calibrating Equipment

  • Carrying out micro and chemical testing

  • Supporting BRC audits

  • Solving customer complaints and driving continuous improvement

What you have
  • Supporting BRC Audits

  • A working knowledge of gluten free food standards

  • Practical experience in a technical food manufacturing role, supported by good food safety knowledge

  • Working knowledge and experience of

    BRC Auditing

  • HACCP Level 2

  • Food Safety Level 2

  • Understanding offood manufacturing processes

  • Competency in Microsoft office tools

Even better if you have
  • Experience carrying our risk assessments

  • Experience in training design and deliver

You are detailed oriented with exceptionally high standards. You are proactive andself-sufficient but alsowork well in a team. Your communicate well and love to solve problems.
