Are you a proactive and detail-oriented professional with a passion for supply chain management? Nfuzion is recruiting a Supply Chain Administrator to join our client’s business based on the outskirts of Thirsk.

• Manage the full order cycle, from receipt and validation to processing and fulfillment.
• Maintain accurate stock levels.
• Coordinate with production teams to create effective schedules based on customer demand.
• Arrange outbound shipments and work closely with logistics providers.
• Track deliveries, monitor performance metrics, and report on supply chain activity.
• Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution.
• Support suppliers in securing timely deliveries and cost-effective terms.
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and reduce costs.
• Respond proactively to supply chain disruptions and support contingency planning.

• Proven experience in supply chain coordination, customer service, or a related field.
• Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
