Join Headstar as a Financial Controller
.
Location:
Thirsk, North Yorkshire, United Kingdom (hybrid work – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote).
Salary:
Up to £60,000 + annual bonus.
- Own the month‑end process.
- Lead a small but capable finance team.
- Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash‑flow.
- Support the Finance Director on strategic projects and process improvements.
- Experience in a management or financial accounting role, ideally in a fast‑moving environment.
- Confidence in leading and motivating a team; line management experience not essential.
- Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA or CIMA) preferred, but QBE candidates are welcome.
- Competitive salary up to £60,000 + bonus.
- Hybrid working – 3 days onsite, 2 from home.
- Career development with a clear path to Finance Director.
