GSL Education are recruiting a passionate Teacher of Chemistry to work within a well-regarded independent school near Topcliffe, set in scenic North Yorkshire parkland. Chemistry Teacher Responsibilities- Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across age ranges
- Develop practical skills through well‑structured laboratory activities
- Prepare pupils for examinations and assess progress effectively
- Contribute to science department planning and extra‑curricular science enrichment
- Support wider school life through tutoring and involvement in activities
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
- Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry and practical science
- Excellent classroom practice and behaviour management
- Commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
