GSL Education are recruiting a passionate Teacher of Chemistry to work within a well-regarded independent school near Topcliffe, set in scenic North Yorkshire parkland. • Plan and deliver engaging Chemistry lessons across age ranges
• Develop practical skills through well‑structured laboratory activities
• Prepare pupils for examinations and assess progress effectively
• Contribute to science department planning and extra‑curricular science enrichment
• Support wider school life through tutoring and involvement in activities

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
• Strong subject knowledge in Chemistry and practical science
• Excellent classroom practice and behaviour management
• Commitment to inclusive education and pupil wellbeing
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply
