Design Manager | North Yorkshire | Regional Contractor | £45k - £60k  package Im working with a growing North Yorkshire based contractor that specialises in faade and remediation works, particularly compliance-led schemes. Theyre looking to appoint a Design Manager to take ownership of design management and demonstrate competency to the Building Safety Regulator.

The Role Manage the design process from pre-construction through to completion Coordinate external consultants, designers, and specialist subcontractors Ensure compliance with Building Regulations, fire safety, and faade standards Take ownership of design competency and regulatory submissions Identify and manage design risk and technical interfaces Support project teams with buildable, compliant design solutions Applications are welcome from:
