• Reception/Administration assistant role in Thirsk
• Reception/Administration assistant starting date: ASAP
• Reception/Administration assistant Daily rate: 90-115 per day depending on experience

We are currently recruiting for a school administrator/receptionist to work in one of our schools in Thirsk.

• Managing all administration duties in the school admin office
• Answering the telephone
• Meet and greet visitors
• Sign all visitors.
• Providing Business Admin support to pupils, teachers and stakeholders
• Answering the telephone
• Speaking to parents when required regarding school updates

• Previous experience in a school admin office or reception is preferred but not essential.
• knowledge of school systems including SIMMS, Arbor & Bromcom (not essential but preferred).
• Fully enhanced DBS (preferably on the update service)
