• Monitor and record proper temperature of food and set up and maintain a clean and sanitized serving area.
• Prepare and serve food items, restock food areas, clean and sanitize equipment, and receive payment for food and beverages using a computerized register.
• Comply with Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point (HACCP) guidelines for food service.
• Provide outstanding customer service and effectively communicate with patrons and co-workers; demonstrate ability to establish effective working relationships.
• Maintain quality control standards.
• Operate equipment such as grills, beverage machines, toasters, ice cream dispensers, cash registers, steam equipment, dishwashers, telephones, refrigerators and freezers as needed.
• Possess the ability to work independently when necessary and understand food safety and sanitation processes.
• Be on your feet for the majority of the day and walk long distances as required.

• Minimum of 16 years of age.
• Previous customer service experience; retail counting and reconciliation of money and knowledge of food service preferred.
• Ability to read, write and follow oral and written directions; basic math skills.
• On-the-job training will be provided.
• Depending upon location of hire, Serv Safe may be required within a designated time frame.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) may be required depending upon location requirements.
