** Perform necessary installation, repair, and maintenance services to assure continuous operation of fixed and movable mechanical equipment at Sanford facilities.
** Qualifications
* * High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Boiler school up to 2nd Class

B.
Five years experience in all types of building maintenance, preferably in a health care facility.
State boiler license preferred and must maintain at least Grade 2nd Class B (boilers) based on facility needs and requirements.

Valid driver's license is required.
