Responsibilities
- Intake customers with a positive attitude and get all information on issues pertaining to vehicle.
- Ensure that customers are aware of company policies at the time that their vehicle is dropped off (diagnoses, storage, etc.).
- Provide clear communication with the customer to ensure that they are aware of problems persisting with their vehicle, including inspection results, and also when their vehicle will be completed.
- Complete a thorough estimate to ensure that the customer is aware of the costs of their vehicle repair after inspection.
- Work with any and all vendors to ensure that the correct parts are ordered and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that all pricing/costs are correct on invoice.
