Assistant Site Manager

My client is a House Builder based in Norfolk and are looking for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a Senior Site Manager a development of 200 units in Thetford, Norfolk.

Alongside the Senior Site Manager you will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of site-based project. You will assist in the control and delivery of construction projects to meet customer specifications (safety, quality, time, etc.) such that all risk, specification, and project objectives are met in full.

You will assist and when required, deputise for the Senior Site Manager to effectively motivate, support, and manage the site-based team to ensure that the required health, safety, and environmental performance standards are achieved. To achieve the programme and quality requirements. You will promote the importance of customer relationships to the site-based team to include directly employed and sub-contracted staff.

On offer:

Competitive basic salary between £42,000 - £47,000 per annum

Company 4 x 4 pick up or £4,500 car allowance

Qualifications & experience required:

CSCS Card

Valid SMSTS Certificate

Experience working on new build projects

Experience in the management of Health and Safety

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Project and Asta Team plan
