Base Pay Range
$60,000.00/yr - $75,000.00/yr

About the RoleWe’re hiring a Junior .NET Application Developer to join our growing development team in The Woodlands. In this role, you’ll help maintain and enhance our Azure cloud applications as well as key commercial‑off‑the‑shelf (COTS) applications that support core business operations.
This is a hands‑on role ideal for a developer with 1–2 years of experience who enjoys problem‑solving, learning new technologies, and contributing to real‑world business solutions.
What You’ll Do- Maintain and support Azure‑based cloud applications and internal systems
- Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with the team on solutions
- Gather and document requirements for enhancements and bug fixes
- Contribute to new development projects and initiatives
- Perform data analysis to support application functionality and business needs
- Participate in releases, deployments, and CI/CD pipelines
- 1–2 years of relevant professional experience
- Experience with .NET Core / .NET 8.x (Web Forms & Web APIs)
- Experience with Azure Cloud configuration
- Familiarity with Blazor, Node.js, and Azure Service Bus
- Experience with releases and CI/CD pipelines
- Exposure to Microsoft Power Platform
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Strong problem‑solving and root cause analysis skills
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment with shifting priorities
- Relational database experience (SQL)
- Knowledge of Change Data Capture (CDC)
- API consumption and integration experience
- Experience with SharePoint Online
- Familiarity with Power Apps and Power Automate
