• Work, in-office, Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm (weekends and major holidays are off)
• Make outbound calls to verify client information and connect them with our licensed sales team
• Provide quick, and friendly client support
• Celebrate with the team when goals are achieved

• Bachelor’s Degree (a plus)
• Texas Property and Casualty License (a plus)
• Texas Life & Health License (a plus)

• $17 Per Hour with Monthly bonuses based on meeting daily transfer goals
• First-year earnings of at least $40,000 for SDRs who follow our process

• Company sponsored P&C or Life and Health license for employees who qualify to advance to Account Manager or Sales Producer

• What can I expect to earn in my first year? A Sales Development Rep who follows our process can expect to earn at least $40,000 in their first year, combining their hourly wage and bonuses.
