Base salary + uncapped upside
We’re hiring a Producing Financial Advisor on behalf of our client — a well-established independent wealth management firm serving pre-retirees and retirees through holistic, relationship-driven planning
.
- Firm-generated leads via educational dinner seminars
- Focus on discovery, planning, and closing — not marketing logistics
- Strong internal support (planning, operations, marketing, insurance)
- Uncapped earning potential as AUM and production grow
- 3–5+ years client-facing advisory experience
- Series 65; insurance license preferred
- Comfortable discussing annuities as part of a holistic plan
- Consultative, relationship-first selling style
- Production incentives with uncapped upside
- Growing AUM payout over time
Full-time, on-site role in the Houston area.
