Massage Heights The Woodlands is looking for a motivated, outgoing Sales Associate to be the first impression—and lasting connection—for our guests. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys building relationships, recommending solutions, and being rewarded for performance.

You won’t just “check people in.” You’ll consult, recommend, and sell wellness solutions that genuinely improve people’s lives—while earning commission and bonuses for your success.

• Create an exceptional, high-energy guest experience from hello to goodbye
• Confidently sell memberships, upgrades, retail, and gift cards
• Match guests with the right services & therapists to meet their wellness goals
• Manage appointments, calls, and front desk flow with professionalism
• Keep the spa welcoming, organized, and on-brand

• Sales-driven mindset with a love for people and conversation
• Confidence discussing pricing, memberships, and value
• Strong communication and listening skills
• Team player who performs well in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
• Availability Tues, Wed, Fri & weekends (Sat or Sun)
• (Previous sales or customer-facing experience is a big plus!)

• $15/hr + commission + monthly bonuses (top performers earn more)
