• Hourly Pay plus commission and bonuses based on types of memberships sold and paid out monthly
• Potential to earn a commission while in sales training by shadowing other sales associates
• No experience required – we offer comprehensive training
• Hands‑on training regarding the business and Perspire Health and Wellness Philosophy
• Gain marketable skills with 30 years of combined sales experience and mentorship from the right employee

• Sell memberships with confidence in a commission-based atmosphere
• Reach out to leads using our CRM with high energy
• Promote the benefits of IR Saunas and the value of having a Perspire Sauna Studio Membership
• Set reservations and book follow‑up appointments
• Accommodate members, making them feel relaxed and welcome
• Administer studio tours for new guests
• Answer all questions about services and the facility
• Maintain clean facility, turnover/cleaning of individual sauna rooms
• Maintain and organize the facility’s towel supply area

Schedule flexibility is available to choose your shifts from the options below.

• Monday through Friday, 4:30‑9:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 8:30 am to 1:30 pm
• Saturday and Sunday: 1:30 pm to 7:30 pm
