Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative with a strong background in chemicals, fracturing and coil tubing to join our team in Midland/Odessa, Texas. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and providing technical expertise to support our customers' needs.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the oil and gas sector.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Provide technical support and product knowledge to customers, ensuring they understand the benefits and applications of our chemical solutions.
  • Collaborate and prioritize with the technical team to address customer inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing our products and services.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or chemistry or related experience preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on chemicals, fracturing and coil tubing applications.
  • Strong understanding of fracturing processes and chemical applications in the oil and gas sector.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel within the Midland/Odessa region as required as well as locations in the field. Periodic travel to other regions as needed.
