Overview
Massage Heights – The Woodlands is looking for a bubbly, outgoing, and driven Spa Sales Associate to be the welcoming face of the studio. As a Spa Sales Associate, you’ll guide guests through a personalized wellness experience — from booking services to promoting memberships and retail — in a warm, professional environment.
What You’ll Do- Greet and engage every guest with energy and care
- Book appointments, manage calls, and assist with check-ins/check-outs
- Confidently sell memberships, retail, upgrades, and gift cards
- Maintain a clean, inviting front-of-house and spa space
- A positive, sales-focused mindset and passion for people
- Excellent communication skills
- A team player who thrives in fast-paced environments
- Availability on Tue, Wed, Fri & weekends (Sat or Sun)
- $15/hr + commissions + monthly bonuses

Compensation: $15.00 - $19.00 per hour
