** WHAT YOU’LL DO
*** Develop/streamline restaurant processes in partnership with the General Manager while ensuring consistent execution of company policies and procedures
* Hire and mentor the best and brightest, assisting employees with career development strategies to understand Tommy Bahama values
* Facilitate implementation of company learning/training programs, follow-up and monitor performance to ensure transfer of learned skills on-the-job
* Partner with GM in order to implement strategies to increase qualified applicants, including but not limited to proactively recruiting. Thoughtfully hire, develop, and mentor the team
* Ensure consistent execution of Company policies and procedures
* Incorporate and administer applicable safety programs for the restaurant, employees, and guests. Help create a clean, safe, professional and upbeat environment
* Seek out marketing opportunities within the community and partner with retail to leverage the relationship during marketing and sales events
** REQUIREMENTS
* ** Lift and/or move up to approximately 50 pounds frequently
* Bending/stooping/kneeling required – frequently
* Routine standing for duration of shift
* Safely maneuvering the following types of equipment or machinery:
Hand cart, blenders, knives, slices, wine keys and other tools provided to complete work
* Scheduled shifts determined by business needs
