Ayvaz Pizza (Franchisee of Pizza Hut) is hiring a Restaurant Assistant Manager who will assist with the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring friendly and personalized service with great food promptly delivered in a clean and inviting environment.

This position is integral to the Operations Team and involves the following responsibilities:

• Overseeing restaurant’s daily operations.
• Maintaining day-to-day financial controls.
• Creating and managing staff schedules.
• Interviewing, hiring, training and orienting team.
• Coaching, counseling, developing staff and managing team relations.
• Ensuring proper food handling, equipment maintenance and facility management.
• Ensuring health and safety inspections and standards are met.
• Setting the tone for a fun, family environment.

• Minimum 1 year Assistant Manager experience (high volume food service concepts preferred).
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Valid driver’s license in good standing and access to private transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent and possession of all required documents.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage a team effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem solving and decision-making skills, results-oriented and customer service focused.
