Veterinary Medical Center of The Woodlands is seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our thriving practice. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated clinician who’s passionate about providing exceptional medical care and being part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Experienced & Supportive Team – Work alongside five full-time DVMs and a long-tenured support staff. Advance tools & technology – Surgical suite, digital and dental radiography, ultrasound, cold laser therapy, full in-house lab, and pharmacy. This position is ideal for a veterinarian who:

Enjoys managing a diverse caseload with access to advanced diagnostic tools. Values collaboration, mentorship, and delivering high-quality patient care. Wants to grow clinically in a supportive environment without administrative responsibilities.

• Deliver high-quality medical, surgical, and diagnostic care.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure comprehensive patient treatment.
• Engage in leadership and mentorship opportunities.
• Foster strong client relationships and participate in community outreach.

• DVM or equivalent degree.
• Licensed to practice in Texas.
• Strong clinical, surgical, and communication skills.
• Ability to work four 10-hour shifts with rotating weekends.

Base Salary: $130,000–$150,000
Sign-On Bonus:
Up to $50,000

Schedule:

Four 10-hour shifts/week + rotating weekends
