Responsibilities
  • Ensure clinical operations and practice consistent with organizational objectives.
  • Collaborate with practice management to provide support on operational projects such as site Quality Committees, Quality Oncology Practice Initiative site assessments, Advancing Care Information, the Oncology Care Model (OCM), and other special projects as assigned.
  • Facilitate the implementation and/or utilization of outcomes data and evidence‑based practices.
  • Facilitate implementation of standardized best practices within the organization.
  • Ensure practice standards of care are consistent with community standards of care.
  • Ensure the incorporation of clinical evidence into existing and newly developed standards.
  • Assess staffing levels and issues, patient flow, and current practices in the clinical setting.
