Overview
Mid-sized law firm seeks to add an experienced Litigation Attorney with extensive Trial experience. The ideal candidate has lead attorney/first chair experience on several trials (5+), including some jury trials. Background in Construction, Real Estate, or Business/Commercial Litigation is preferred.
What you’ll do- Lead attorney/first chair on trials (5+ trials preferred) and manage jury trials when applicable
- Handle motion practice, pleadings, discoveries, and related litigation tasks
- Collaborate with a legal team and support senior partners on complex matters
- Licensed to practice law in Texas
- 7+ years of Litigation experience in Business, Construction, or Real Estate Litigation
- Experience as lead attorney and/or first-chair for several trials, including some jury trials
- Extensive experience with motion practice, pleadings, discoveries, etc.
- Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus
- Salary: $185,000 - $200,000 per year
- Billables: 1,680 per year
- Substantial Quarterly Bonuses + Origination Bonuses
