Mission:
The Essence of The Job

Build and maintain customer relationships by offering prompt and transparent services to our Business Owners and Commercial Customers.

$75k- $85k, Experience Based

• Valid P&C License
• 1+ Years proven Commercial Accounts Manager experience
• Positive personality
• Coachable & open to constructive criticism for training and growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Intrinsically driven to be successful
• Resourceful

Desired Outcomes:

• Proactively review and renewal all lines of Commercial policies
• Be able to provide prompt communication to our business owners to insure retention and a positive agency experience
• Maintain the database of policy details, communication notes, documents/attachments, and billing receipts for each customer’s profile
