Responsibilities- Leverage expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI, to develop innovative solutions that enhance productivity and drive business transformation
- Integrate AI capabilities into applications using CoPilot technologies
- Design, develop, and implement agentic AI solutions using Copilot Studio and Power Platform components (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for applications, workflows, and processes
- Engage with senior stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables
- Monitor application performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement
- Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and user experience
- Develop and validate pilot M365 agents (e.g., for document search, reporting scenarios)
- Guide the team on technical standards, code quality, and solution architecture
- Conduct code reviews and confirm adherence to best practices in application development
- Support enablement and training sessions for client teams
- Stay current with Microsoft Copilot, Power Platform, and AI advancements; recommend adoption of new features
- Ensure all solutions align with compliance, governance, and risk management requirements and frameworks
- Provide regular updates to management on project status and outcomes
- Hands‑on experience customizing Dynamics 365 CRM entities, workflows, and integrations with Power Platform.
- Strong skills in building user‑friendly and functional Power Platform Canvas Apps.
- Proficiency in Power BI, including data modeling, dashboards, and reports.
- Experience troubleshooting technical issues, analyzing logs, and debugging applications.
- Knowledge of Copilot Studio for automation and governance of Microsoft 365 Copilot features.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure Services, particularly Azure Active Directory and Azure Analytics.
- Experience with Power Platform Center of Excellence (CoE) Toolkit upgrades and troubleshooting.
- Background in AI governance practices within enterprise environments.
- Ability to collaborate with cross‑functional teams and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong documentation and process management skills.
