- 3+ Years Experience participating on an Agile Team
- Knowledge of and Experience utilizing Agile within a project
- Knowledge of how to plan and estimate an Agile project
- Knowledge of Agile Project Controls
- User Stories and Requirements Gathering
- Estimation of User Stories
- Prioritization
- Knowledge of and Experience with Scrum
- Knowledge of and Experience with Kanban
- Experience with Team Foundation Server for Agile Work Planning
- SPC (SAFe Program Consultant) and a mixture of CSM (Certified Scrum Master), CPO (Certified Product Owner), CSP (Certified Scrum Professional), and other Lean / Agile / Dev Ops certifications
