Information Technology Analyst

The IT Analyst will play a key role in supporting our IT department by ensuring accurate data entry, maintaining system records, and assisting with basic IT support tasks. This position is ideal for individuals looking to start their career in IT, offering hands‑on experience with business systems and exposure to core IT processes.

• Accurately enter, update, and manage data in various systems and databases.
• Conduct regular data validation with management and stakeholders.
• Serve as the focal point for internal company systems, such as PVA systems and Jiffy Lube proprietary POS system.
• Assist IT staff with troubleshooting and resolving basic technical issues.
• Support the documentation and tracking of IT requests and incidents.
• Collaborate with IT team members to ensure data integrity and process efficiency.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to build IT knowledge and skills.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Understanding of the latest technologies for IT systems and management.
• Comfortable navigating and entering data in business systems and databases.
• Proficient in troubleshooting issues remotely.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent analytical and time‑management skills.
• Excellent interpersonal skills.

• Preferred:
  Associate’s degree in Computer Science or data‑related field
• At least 1 year of experience providing technical support
• At least 1 year of experience providing data entry
• Local candidates in the Houston area only. No relocation available.
