As our Software Integration Manager
, you are at the forefront of our HCM solutions, responsible for evaluating, prioritizing, and carrying out end‑to‑end integration projects. Your work directly impacts our customers, streamlining their HR processes and helping them achieve their business objectives. • Bachelor's degree
• Experience producing software scope/specification documentation
• Conversant in software development and different integration technologies

Experience with HCM or SQL Server would be a plus! You will need to be strategic‑minded and detail‑oriented, with the ability to provide constructive feedback regarding product gaps or development. Superior listening, interpersonal, and communication skills are essential. With the ability to understand the communication styles of team members from a broad spectrum of disciplines, you will forge strong working relationships to deliver exceptional results.
