Lead the full-cycle recruitment process to identify and attract high-caliber candidates who align with our mission and values.;
Conduct professional interviews and develop standardized evaluation tools to ensure a consistent and high-quality selection process.;
Manage a high-volume recruitment calendar, including the coordination of interviews, panels, and candidate travel logistics.;
Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring all candidates are educated on and meet our specific appearance and professionalism standards.;
Serve as the primary liaison between hiring managers and candidates, prioritizing open requisitions and managing communication.
