OverviewJoin our international Regional HR team as a full‑time HR Generalist (44 hours/week) in The Woodlands. Your duties will include:
- Advanced knowledge of human resources administration principles and practices.
- Maintaining business relationships with management and leadership.
- Creating and maintaining a collaborative team environment.
- Coaching managers and employees through complex, difficult, and emotional issues while managing changing priorities.
- Partnering with Accounting for HR systems data entry and semi‑monthly payroll practices.
- Interviewing and recruiting new staff members.
- Internet sourcing strategies and direct sourcing techniques.
- Ensuring data quality regarding HR master data.
- Supporting the introduction of new HR standards, processes, and initiatives.
- Serving as the regional contact for South America on all HR‑relevant topics.
- Supporting regional locations on labor law issues.
- Contributing to global HR projects and collaborating with other deugro group areas.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in human resources.
- Detailed understanding of HR operations processes and record of process improvement implementation.
- Broad knowledge of federal, state, local employment laws and regulations.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
- Strong ability to respond to quickly changing demands and priorities.
- Experience working in an international setting with diverse cultures and across time zones.
- Experience in the administration and further development of a global HR application.
- IT affinity and understanding of digitalization of HR processes.
- Willingness to travel nationally and internationally (≈10%).
