Join us for this incredible opportunity to be part of our team as a Front Office Host at Hyatt Centric – The Woodlands, located on Market Street. Hyatt was named one of Fortune’s 100 Best Companies to Work For in 2023. Front Office associates are responsible for the guest registration process and communication of hotel services and promotions. This highly visible role involves casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience.

Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquiries. You’ll be the face of Hyatt as a Front Office Associate.

Responsibilities
  • Complete guest check-in and check-out processes and communicate hotel services and promotions.
  • Interact with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance the guest experience.
  • Process forms of payment and respond to guest inquiries as needed.
  • Be the face of Hyatt as the Front Office Associate and represent the brand experience.
  • Assist guests with requests and provide information about local area services and attractions.
  • Collaborate with hotel team members to deliver exceptional guest service.
Qualifications
  • A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency with computers
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to lift, push, pull moderate weight
