Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Remote

- Total Earnings Potential (Salary + Bonus): $90,000 - $112,000
- Generous Time Off: Up to 22 days off in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
- Flexible Hybrid Role: Up to 50% of this role can be done remotely. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it is clinically effective for the client and the organization.
- CEU Stipend: $2,000 annually for professional development.

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.
What you’ll love about this role- Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
- Uncapped Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours, based on your pace.
- Growth and Advancement Opportunities: Potential to advance through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing leadership development and broader professional interests.

Full control over when and where you supervise cases. - Administrative Support: Scheduling, billing, and credentialing support so you can focus on clinical care.
- Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
