Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) – Hybrid Remote

• Total Earnings Potential (Salary + Bonus): $90,000 - $112,000
• Generous Time Off: Up to 22 days off in the first year, increasing to 26 days after 12 months.
• Flexible Hybrid Role: Up to 50% of this role can be done remotely. Telehealth is determined by the BCBA when it is clinically effective for the client and the organization.

As a BCBA at Cortica, you’ll oversee neurodiversity-affirming clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll lead a team of behavior technicians (BTs) empowering them to make a lasting difference in the lives of children with developmental differences.

• Achievable Targets: You’ll average 26 billable hours per week, with reduced targets during shorter weeks to ensure a manageable workload.
• Uncapped Bonus Potential: Opportunity to earn more by increasing billable hours, based on your pace.
• Growth and Advancement Opportunities: Potential to advance through BCBA levels I–IV. At levels III and IV, productivity targets are reduced to 22, allowing leadership development and broader professional interests.

• Administrative Support: Scheduling, billing, and credentialing support so you can focus on clinical care.

• Master’s degree in human services or a related field.
• Current BCBA (Board-Certified Behavior Analyst) Certification required.
