Responsibilities- Provide a quality Patient Journey Experience.
- Test and diagnose hearing loss.
- Fit and sell hearing products and accessories.
- Offer counseling and follow‑up services.
- Maintain a successful and profitable office.
- Ensure Patient Journey Experience is top priority.
- Administer hearing test procedures in accordance with Starkey clinical protocol and applicable state and federal laws.
- Conduct sales of hearing aids and accessories according to Starkey sales protocol.
- Collaborate with Regional Manager/Director to oversee financial management of office.
- Valid State Licensure – license in good standing.
- Knowledge of software systems including patient management software, NOAH, and Inspire OS.
- Ability to organize and execute a plan.
- Good problem‑solving, analytical abilities, communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

The annual starting salary for an Audiologist is between $70,070.00 and $78,750.00. For a Hearing Instrument Specialist, the range is $61,600.00 to $78,750.00. Factors such as geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications may affect starting pay.
This position is eligible for commissions based upon performance results; there is no guarantee of payout.
