Long term contract, potential for direct hire
Onsite role working 40 hours per week
Responsibilities- Validate third-party estimates, contractor/vendor quotes, and change orders
- Perform take-offs from drawings, MTOs, and schedules
- Identify cost, schedule, and project risks
- Lead estimate reviews, walk-downs, and approvals
- Maintain estimating databases and tools
- Support project budgets and WBS development
- Strong piping and equipment estimating experience
- Advanced Excel and Aspen Capital Cost Estimator (ACCE) skills
- Able to manage multiple projects independently
- Willing to travel and perform plant walk-downs
- Bachelor’s degree (Engineering or Business)
- 10+ years senior/lead estimating experience ($20MM+ projects)
- SAP, AACE/CEP, PMP, and risk/Monte Carlo experience
