Position: BIM Manager

Responsibilities- Develop and implement BIM strategies, standards, and protocols for projects. Manage the BIM execution plan and ensure compliance with project requirements.
- Manage Common Data Environments (CDEs) to maintain a smooth workflow, address model-related issues, and ensure access to the most up-to-date information for effective collaboration.
- Create BIM models for different BIM platforms.
- Coordinate and collaborate with project teams, including architects, engineers, contractors, and clients, to ensure effective BIM integration.
- Oversee the creation, maintenance, and quality control of BIM models and data.
- Provide training and support to project teams on BIM tools and processes.
- Conduct regular BIM coordination meetings and clash detection reviews.
- Ensure that BIM deliverables meet the required standards and are delivered on time.
- Stay updated with the latest BIM technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative BIM solutions.
- Manage and resolve BIM-related issues and challenges that arise during the project lifecycle.
Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or closely related field.
Minimum experience: 4 years (48 months) of experience with BIM management within the construction industry; experience with BIM 360, ACC or other Common Data Environment; proficiency with BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD; experience on large-scale infrastructure projects; knowledge of Integrated Project Delivery (IPD) and lean construction principles.
